Your first visit here at White Bear Lake Dental will typically consist of dental x-rays, examination, review of personalized treatment recommendations, and typically a cleaning determined based on the examination and information collected. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan may require a further evaluation and a second appointment. We’ll make sure to accommodate your schedule.

To help your visit go as smoothly as possible, please come prepared with the following information:

• X-rays from previous dental offices (if applicable). We can request these for you with the following Dental Records Release Form.

• A list of all medications and supplements that you’re presently taking,

• Your dental insurance information. It can be difficult to verify benefits last minute, so the sooner we have this information, the more prepared we can be for your visit.

• Patient forms completed.
